The International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9001:2008 certification is established on evidence of absolute corporate commitment to quality.

F.H.Lambert are committed to giving customers a high degree of confidence by providing first class quality plating and services through customer satisfaction and continual improvement at every level of operation. Our Quality Management System is based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and is intended to assist our customers in assessing our capability of meeting their requirements.

F.H.Lambert Ltd recognises that the disciplines of quality, health and safety and environmental management are an inegral part of its management function. The company views these as a primary responsibility and to be the key to good business in adopting appropriate quality standards.

The company Quality Policy calls for continuous improvement in our quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the following principles.

	Follow a concept of continous improvement and make best use of our management resources in all Quality matters
	Communicate our quality objectives and performance against these objectives throughout the company and to all other interested parties

	Work closely with our customers and suppliers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards
	Adopt a forward-looking view on future business decisions that may have quality impacts
	Train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of Quality Management System
